The plug-in will reminded to be installed automatically after downloading successfully, please confirm each prompts during the interaction. It requires to answer “Agree to install” when the firewall prompts. If the installation fails, the plug-in can be installed manually in the Download page.

The serial number is a 8 bit string, same to last eight number of device network MAC address, can be found on the packaging, equipment and software equipment information, also can check it through the web tools. Such as physical (MAC) address: AC-64-D2-23-10-54, a serial number for D2231054. Using the serial number can choose in my equipment serial number registration add equipment. |

First of all, please make sure the device is access to the internet and the device has not been added onto another IVV account. Next, check if your devices’ version is supported by IVV. Also remember to use Ivv device repair tool to check if there are any problems with the device. If none of the above methods work, please call or send an email to us as soon as possible. To check if the equipment model number is in Ivview service scope, and upgrade to the latest version software.
