Make sure the browser plug-in is installed properly and all devices are correctly added. It will display Network is Ready if plug-in is working. There is red text on video window if device is connected. If cannot watch the video, please use the IVV repair tool to diagnose and fix the problem. |

You can find the system parameters setting at user info item of Ivview Home Page. You can set video quality to more frame, high auality or balance according your network condition. |

In this case, you can check if there is “#” before the channel name of the video window. If so, you need to reset DDNS or the router setting, it is better to open more transfer ports, like port 19800. |
